**We are extending Powder Puff sign ups until tomorrow, but that will be the absolute deadline for determining whether we have enough to have the game. If it is cancelled all money will be refunded. This is a fundraiser for after prom and your entry fee includes, practices, the game, and a t-shirt.
**Remember that the schedule we will follow this week for homecoming activities is in Google Drive. Homecoming games will be outside today and in the gym Wednesday, and Thursday. Students sit by grade level during games. All faculty and paras need to be in the gym/stadium helping supervise sitting with students. Reminder we will follow the 2nd Coronation Schedule on Friday also found in Google Drive.
**The theme for this Wednesday's volleyball game is ESPN.
**There will be a spirit club meeting this Wednesday during academic lab in room E121. Spirit club members are on the roster shared in Google Drive with teachers.
**Coronation (crowning of the Queen) will be held at 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 3rd. This event is open to the public and all tickets must be purchased at the door for $5. Following Coronation there will be a short photo session in the East Building Courtyard. The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 3rd from 9-11 pm. The dance will be held in the Courtyard and students will enter and through the EVOLV system at door E2. The cost for the dance is $5 paid at the door and snacks/drinks can be purchased for an additional charge. *Note a student can choose where he/she wants to go to Coronation, the dance, or both. It is not required to go to Coronation to attend the dance or vice versa.
**Reminder that all 12th grade students must have the record of their required meningitis shots turned in to the nurse by October 15th. All 9th grade students are required to have a school physical turned in to the nurse by October 15th. If there are questions please contact Nurse Kelly at knaville@eawr.org.

EAWR will conduct a staff-only reunification drill today, September 25, from 12:30–2:30 p.m.
No students or families are participating in this exercise.
During this time, community members may notice an increased police presence on campus, school buses leaving campus, and police vehicles accompanying the buses to an off-site reunification location. These are planned parts of the drill.
There is no emergency or threat to our school.
This exercise allows EAWR staff and local first responders to practice communication, accountability, transportation, and reunification procedures.
We appreciate the support of our first responders, community partners, and staff as we continue strengthening EAWR’s emergency-preparedness procedures.

**Seniors who haven't finished community service will report to the Memorial Gym this morning for the community service project from 8-11:25 am.
**The Booster Club is needing volunteers to help with concessions at the football game tonight from 6:30-9. Please sign up in the Google document.
**There will be a tailgate with pizza, chips, soda/water from 6:15-6:40 in the area by the tennis courts tonight before the home varsity football game. All students and staff are invited to attend. The theme for the football game is Pirates (no fake weapons) and all students are invited to be on the field during pre-game and sit in the student section.
**Juniors and Seniors- Student Council and After Prom are hosting the 1st annual Powder Puff Games on October 28th. Any girl wishing to play or boy wishing to coach or cheer, please see Mrs. Timmins for a waiver and to sign up. The cost is $15 and includes a shirt. Spots are limited and you must sign up by today. The event will be cancelled if there aren't enough people signed up.

Tonight is our homecoming football game! The homecoming court will be introduced at halftime. Students with their ID (physical ID or show us on their phone) get in free. If you choose to leave the stadium, you may not return.
