**The clothing room is closed today. Do not send students.

**Tomorrow is our Band and Choirs Winter Concert. The concert takes place in the Auditorium at 7pm. The concert is free to attend.

**Auditions for the Spring Musical: Little Shop of Horrors:
Open auditions for all students will be held in the auditorium on December 15th at 5:00. All students wanting to audition should prepare a vocal selection, speaking materials will be provided.
There will be an informational meeting today (Tuesday) at 5:30pm in the auditorium for those wanting more information.

**The next freshmen mentor meeting will be tomorrow in the Memorial Gym. Senior mentors need to report to the Memorial Gym at 10:30 and freshmen at 10:45. No other movement should take place during academic lab.

**Students: Please complete the Capturing Kids Hearts Survey sent to you by Mrs. Robinson by this Friday. The survey should only take 5-10 minutes and the link is in your email.

**Mrs. Robinson shared the 1st semester attendance exemption list. In order to be on this list a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences and 2 or fewer tardies. If you clear obligations and have a C or better in a class you don't have to take that final. Mrs. Robinson also shared the senior community service list. In order to be on that list a senior must have 6 or fewer absences. If you clear obligations and are passing the class you don't have to take that final. Obligations need to be cleared by December 16th.
–Another exemption this year, that is separate from this list, is if a student has an A and now a B because of the student council food drive, regardless if you are on the attendance list, you are exempt from the final that you have an A or B in the class regardless of attendance or obligations.
– If you think there is an error please stop by the Attendance Center. This list will also be updated for attendance daily.
– Ms. Hollaway shared the 1st semester exam notes to student emails which includes the final exams schedule. Finals are Wednesday the 17th and Thursday the 18th.

**Just a reminder to be eligible for the Renaissance Assembly next semester a student must have 3 or fewer excused absences, 2 or fewer tardies, no ISS/OSS and meet the grade requirements.

**Tickets for MORP will be on sale now until December 12th. They are $5 in advance, or $8 at the door. See Mrs. Timmins or Mr. Daniels to purchase tickets. MORP is this Friday after the basketball game. It is a fundraiser for prom and we encourage everyone to attend. This dance is for all grade levels. Dress for MORP is pajamas.

**2026 Yearbooks are $50 right now, and will go up to $60 on January 1st. They can be purchased online https://yearbookforever.com/school-store/J0ULawXl5L6IAE1V6B7BtX5f or from Mr. James in the Art Room. Please make checks payable to EAWR. They will be available for purchase until they are sold out, but online sales will end prior to the spring distribution date.

**Senior Photos and Senior Baby Pics are due on Friday, January 9. For senior photos, head/shoulder pictures in portrait orientation tend to work best, but we can work with pics that don't fit those criteria. Keep in mind that some photos will have to be cropped. Hard copies of photos will be scanned and returned. Digital photos need to be high resolution/high quality in JPG format, AT LEAST 640 X 800 pixels (.8 aspect ratio) and 300 dpi. For the baby pics, we will work with whatever is available. JPGs should be emailed to cjames@eawr.org

**EAWR has partnered with Toys for Tots. Donation boxes are located outside the Main Office and in the East Building Courtyard if you would like to donate a toy for a child.

The senior mentors visited Hartford Elementary, Lewis and Clark elementary, and Eastwood Elementary today to read Christmas stories to the students. They also had lunch at the Burger Bar and then went to Bri's Brews in Wood River. We had great service from both establishments. Do Great Things.
