**Today is a regular attendance day. Spring Break starts tomorrow, Thursday, April 2nd through Monday, April 6th. School will resume on Tuesday, April 7th.

**Prom guest forms are now available outside of Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall’s rooms. A guest form must be completed for anyone who is not an EAWR junior or senior including EAWR underclass students that are invited by a junior or senior. Rules for guests are on the form. Guest forms are due back April 17th. The Junior/Senior Prom is Saturday, April 25th at LCCC. Prom tickets are $35 each (cash, check or online through the Parent Access Account) and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will be on sale the week April 13th-17th.

**After Prom tickets will be on sale April 7th-10th before school and during academic lab from Mrs Timmins. After Prom is a parent sponsored event and will be held at The YMCA at the Meyer Center in Edwardsville (7348 Goshen Rd, Edwardsville, IL 62025) on April 25th from 11:30 pm-2:30 am. After prom tickets are $5 each. Junior and senior EAWR students must buy tickets for their guests. Rules for guests are the same as prom.

**Seniors: Please look at your email to find the link sent by Mrs. Robinson to complete your Senior Spotlight. Be sure to enter your name and the name of the college/university/trade school/branch of the military that you will attend next school year. Mrs. Robinson will put out social media senior spotlight pictures following spring break until graduation. If there are questions, please email Mrs. Robinson.

**Today is a half day of attendance for students with dismissal at 11:25 am.

**Today is the last day for students to complete the Career Day Interest Surveys during 1st hour. Students need to print their first and last name on the survey and then place an X next to their top seven choices. Teachers please turn in your class surveys to the Attendance Center by tomorrow and print the first and last name on a blank form for any student that is absent all week.

**Seniors: Today is a half day and seniors can earn community service hours by completing campus clean up at the school from 11:30 am-2:30 pm. There will be no lunch provided other than the grab and go lunch and we will have supplies sitting outside of the Attendance Center. If there are questions please see Mrs Robinson.

**Student Council is looking for volunteers to help with their craft fair tonight, Friday, March 27th from 7-9 pm, Saturday, March 28th from 7:30 am until 4 pm, and Sunday, March 29th from 10 am until 4 pm. If you would like to volunteer please sign up in the Attendance Center.

**The Village of East Alton is sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt tomorrow, Saturday, March 28th and they need volunteers to help from 10 am-Noon. If you are available to volunteer please sign up in the Attendance Center and go to the Keasler Center at 10 am on Saturday, March 28th.

Wednesday, March 25th

**CCC will be closed today 3/25.

**There will be track practice at 1pm today.

**Required testing for ACT and ACT Secure for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors is today, Wednesday, March 25th at EAWR. It is an online test so it is very important that all students who are testing bring your fully charged, school issued, Chromebook and be in attendance today. There will be no early bird on testing day and all students need to be in their testing room by 8:00 am. Dismissal for freshmen/sophomores is between 11:30-11:45, juniors 12:30-12:45 and any students with a different dismissal time will be contacted by Mrs. Zipprich. Students may not have phones, earbuds/headphones, or smart watches in the testing room and may also not wear hats/hoods so leave these items at home or they will be collected. Also, students may not have other items/materials out during testing including food and drink. Grab and go lunch will be available today. Testing lists will be shared later this week which includes room assignments. Also, you may bring an approved calculator with you for testing. Students classified as 12th graders will not be required to be in attendance today and are encouraged to use the day for a college visit or to complete community service. If there are questions about room assignments please contact Mrs. Robinson.
