Oiler Athletics Daily Update for Tue, Oct. 28
EAWR Student Council sponsored a pumpkin painting party for students after school today. All the students that participated had a great time and the pumpkins have been entered into a contest for students/staff to vote for their favorite.
EAWR is hosting a College and Career Night Thursday, November 6th from 5-7 pm for all EAWR students/parents and other local high school students/parents in the Memorial Gym. There will be different colleges/universities, branches of the military, and business representatives. There will also be some attendance drawings for students.
Impact Life is at EAWR for the fall blood drive sponsored by student council.

**Wood River Ave is closed until further notice due to construction. The entrance to our parking lot from Wood River Ave is closed. Please take an alternate route to/from school.
**Men’s basketball players: Open Gym practice is scheduled for tonight at 5 PM. Report to the track for the first portion of practice, and we will head to the gym after conditioning. The season starts November 10th, so use these opportunities to prepare. Bring your outdoor shoes for conditioning, extra clothes, and a water bottle if possible. If you can’t attend, please notify the coaches. If you do not have any form of communication at home, please find Mr. Adams to communicate before the end of the day!

**Monday, October 27th is Picture Retake Day. If Lifetouch did not take your photo in September or you are unhappy with your photo, please make sure it gets taken on Monday the 27th. Picture forms are available in the Main Office.
**Student council will have our fall blood drive on October 27th. If you are 16 or older and would like to donate, contact Mr. Daniels or Mrs. Timmins.

Maui will be here during lunch hours. Get your pass during lunch by the girl's restroom.
**Wood River Ave is closed until further notice due to construction. The entrance to our parking lot from Wood River Ave is closed. Please take an alternate route to/from school.
**Student council will be hosting a pumpkin painting party on October 27th immediately after school in the East Building courtyard. If you would like to attend, sign up in the attendance center. There are only 20 spots available. Student council will be hosting a bonfire for all EAWR students on October 29th from 6:30-8:30pm out on the Oiler Nation patio near the concession stand.
